Directions - From SH5 South (Taupo Highway) turn left onto Waipa Mill Rd at the big Red Stag sign and proceed toward the Mill.
Take the first road on the right, Mill Bypass Rd, which loops around the Mill. Staying on the tarseal onto 8 Mile Rd, pass the weighbridge and straight ahead you will see the Event Village at the intersection with Hill Rd and the gate into the forest.
The event village will be just inside the Hill Rd Gate.
Parking will be available on both sides of the road at this junction
Please do not park near the gate as the Southstar MTB shuttle needs to get through.

Tracks
All Courses start on Hill Rd just inside the gate off 8 Mile Rd, and all finish coming out of the Puarenga Track R onto Larch Rd then R onto Hill Rd to finish.
Course details may change before the event and should be used as an indication only.
1. Long Course: Hill Rd L into Larch, R up Nice Rd, L into Sweet n Sour, L down Princess Anne Rd to Larch, R on Larch and up to the Red Tank. L down Red Tank Rd and L into Mad if U Don't, then L into the Puarenga track back to Larch Rd.
2. Medium Course: Same as above but after coming down Princess Anne Rd and turning R onto Larch, hand a L at the Duckpond, down Red's small creekside track onto Puarenga Track, then L back to Larch Rd and finish.
3. Short Course: Hill Rd, L onto Larch and immediately L into Ball & Chain, R out of B & C and down to the Mill/Nursery Rd, then R onto the Puarenga Track and back to Larch, then R to finish. There may be the give option of 1 loop or two of this course depending on age/fitness/ability. There are 6 bridges to cross on this course so it's a bit of an adventure.

Registration & Start Times
Children pick up their Jams reflector bands and water bottles at registration, then receive a medal when they finish their course.
Any event merchandise ordered will be given out at registration.

9.30 - 10.10am: Long course
10.15 - 10.45am: Medium course
10.45 - 11.10: Short course

There will be a briefing just before each category starts. EVERYONE must attend, so make sure you are there and listening hard!
