The basics!
Entry fees include - medal, cross country mountain bike course, skills area. PLUS spot prizes at every event
Entry costs, deadlines
Enter early AND online and save $5 per child
$3 EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT – ** payment to be received 2 weeks prior to event
Online - $25 per child, Mailed - $28 per child

Please note - when entering your child you will need to indicate what course they are likely to do - long, medium or short..

Deadlines
Entries online with credit card , will be accepted until midnight of Monday before event
NB: for Christchurch numbers will be limited, so get your entry in early
Early bird discount rate – to be eligible for early bird rate, entries and payments must be received or be entered online on date above
Enter by post
If you need to enter by post - and mail with cheque. If you wish to receive a confirmation back, a self-addressed stamped envelope need to be provided with entry.Entry acknowledgement
Online
Credit card payment will receive a confirmation e mail, please print off and bring to the event, so please check your inbox!
If you do not receive e mail receipt then the e mail address you have typed in is probably wrong!
Cheque payment- via mail only.
Mailed - people wishing to have acknowledgement mailed need to supply a stamped addressed envelope .
Entry form and fees must be RECEIVED by the closing dates .
No entries will be accepted after closing date.
Entrant directory
Entries online will automatically be on the Entrants directory - click on 
on the left top corner and search by childs name.
Get the latest news
We will email out event newsletters on the Wednesday before the event you have entered, (unfortunately we are unable to mail these) for which we need an email address. This information will NOT be given or sold to any other party.
Latest news - will go up on Jams Facebook and will be Twittered out from Jams Twitter .

Refunds
Refunds there will be an $15 refund if you cancel before the early bird closing date , after this date there will be no refund.
