Postal entries

Online entries are cheaper, quicker for you and us, and you receive an automatic response.

Entry Fees:

• Enter by early bird discount date - $25 online, $28 by mail
• After early bird and before closing date - $28 online, $30 mailed

Entry form and fees must be RECEIVED by the closing dates.

Entry acknowledgement

 People wishing to have acknowledgement mailed need to supply a stamped addressed envelope otherwise  no registration acknowledgement will be mailed.

Keep informed -we will email out event newsletters, (unfortunately we are unable to mail these) for which we need an email address. This information will NOT be given or sold to any other party.

Refunds

There will be an $15 refund if you cancel before the early bird closing date, after this date there will be no refund.

Please note:

• T -shirts CANNOT be ordered after closing date.
• There will be NO late entries on the day at any of the events
