Online Entries (by credit card)
Online entry confirmation is only available for online entries and you can check when you receive your auto response confirmation.
If your online entry has gone through successfully you will receive an e mail - Receipt of payment - please bring to event on the day and 'Registration information. So please check your inbox for the e mails.
Please give the system some time, as it may take longer to send through the confirmation emails depending on the time of the day, website traffic loads, and your email client, etc.
Please bring your receipt / confirmation to the event.
What shall I do if I dont receive an email???
- The e-mail address you typed in probably had a small error!!!
- Try the links below by centre do a search by your surname. The successful online entrants will be shown on the competitor list. If your entry didn't come up by surname, try with first name as sometimes parents enter names in wrong position.
- If your entry is not coming up after search, that means your entry payment has not gone through, and you need to enter again.
- Contact us by email info@kidsbikejams.co.nz, which may take 1-2 days for us to get back to you, as we will be really busy close to the event.
Entrant directory - to check if you are entered - those who enter online should be up within an hour.
